Rules & Regulations:

1. A one-time contact fee of Rs. 500 (Non-refundable) is payable upon confirmation of service.
2. You'll be charged for a full month's service, regardless of usage, as long as your service is active.
3. The contract for pick & drop is not less than one month; therefore, a minimum one-month payment is necessary even if the customer requires less than one month’s service in the first month of the contract.
4. The service is for a predefined time & route. In case of a change in timings & pick-up/drop-off locations afterward, the driver will not be held responsible.
5. In case of withdrawal of service by any party, at least 15 days' prior notice is necessary.
6. The price of the service is calculated and paid on a monthly basis. If a customer informs us & uses our service for less than 15 days, a half-month payment will be charged, and in case of more than 15 days, a full-month payment will be charged, provided the service is more than one month old.
7. At least one emergency leave in a month is allowed to the driver and any extra leaves without emergency & prior intimation will result in a deduction of the equivalent amount from the monthly fee.
8. Please note that we are OFF on government-approved holidays. If the customer requires a service on these holidays, an extra amount will be charged.
9. You are requested not to deal with the driver in financial matters directly unless otherwise advised by the company otherwise Company will not be responsible for any default by the driver.
10. Your continuous feedback is required and helpful for us. In case of withdrawal of service by the driver, a replacement will be provided. In case of non-availability of a driver, your fee will be refunded on a proportionate basis
11. The customer isn’t required and advised to pay the driver any amount other than his monthly pick & drop service fee. Company will not take any responsibility for such payments.
12. Please make sure not to let the driver wait for more than 5 minutes in case of shared rides and 10 minutes in case of individual rides. The customer is most respectable for us and we expect him/her to treat the drivers with the same respect and cooperation.
13. Upon one month of satisfactory service by the driver and on the satisfaction of the customer, the customer will deal directly with the driver since Rawal Riders will not take unlimited liability of the driver for an indefinite period of time.
